• OONWOKK BRAND does not accept returns or exchanges.
• All orders, including pre-orders and in-stock items, are final sale.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery at oonwokk@gmail.com with photos of the damage/defect.
• We will review your request and may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

The final-sale, cancellation, 7-day reporting, and discretionary-replacement terms above apply only to the extent permitted by law. They do not limit rights to remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods, non-delivery, or other protections that cannot be waived. Where applicable law provides a withdrawal period, including the 14-day period for qualifying EU distance purchases, that right still applies. Email oonwokk@gmail.com to exercise an applicable right and receive instructions. Any legally required refund or remedy will be provided in accordance with that law.
