These Terms of Service apply to purchases from and use of the OONWOKK BRAND online store. “OONWOKK,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to OONWOKK BRAND. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the commerce platform. Your clothing purchases are made from OONWOKK BRAND.

Using our store

You must have legal capacity to place an order or permission from a parent or guardian where permitted by law. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information, and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders, or infringe the rights of others.

Products, prices, and orders

Product descriptions, available sizes, prices, and shipping options are shown in the store and at checkout. Colors may look different across screens. Availability can change, and items are not reserved simply by adding them to a cart. The currency, applicable taxes, and shipping charges shown at checkout apply to your order.

Review your item, size, delivery address, and total before paying. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable, an obvious pricing error occurs, or we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for items we cancel. We will not substitute an item or charge an increased price without your agreement.

Shipping

Orders are prepared for shipment within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays, unless a different dispatch timeframe is clearly stated before purchase. Carrier transit time is additional. International availability and shipping options depend on the destination and are shown at checkout. Final sales, cancellations, and faulty items

Our voluntary policy is that all sales are final and orders cannot be canceled once placed. For damaged or defective items, email oonwokk@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs so we can review the issue. The complete terms are in our Return & Refund Policy.

These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal, cancellation, refund, or remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods. The 7-day reporting request does not shorten a statutory claim period. If applicable law gives you greater protection, that law takes priority.

Brand content and outside services

OONWOKK names, logos, artwork, photographs, and site content are owned by us or used with permission. Buying clothing does not grant a license to reproduce our artwork or branding. You may use the site for ordinary personal shopping. Third-party payment, social-media, and other linked services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we and Shopify handle information related to your visit and order, including Shopify’s enhanced services and your privacy choices.

Service availability and responsibility

We work to keep product information accurate and the store available, but interruptions and errors may occur. To the extent allowed by law, we do not promise uninterrupted access or accept responsibility for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms for future use of the store. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights relating to an existing purchase. These terms are governed by California law, subject to mandatory protections and court rights that apply where you live.
